If you are not satisfied with your purchase (excluding tailor-made / customised product(s)), simply return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt and we will either exchange the items or arrange a refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt. Please note we cannot accept items that have been worn beyond being tried on (items that have evidence of lipstick or make-up, or that are marked or smell like they have been worn). Please contact us at orders@passport108.com before sending your purchase back to obtain a returns reference number. The reference number should be quoted on the parcel.

 

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to reach us therefore we recommend that you send items back within 7 days of receipt to ensure the goods arrive to us within 14 days of receipt, so we can process your refund. The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.

 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

 

Delivery Information

Our standard delivery charge for all orders delivered to a UK address is £3.49. For orders over £100, standard delivery is free within the UK. Order before 2pm and we can arrange next day delivery for a charge of £6.99 or £3.99 for orders over £100.

 

We can also arrange to have your order shipped anywhere in Europe for £8.99 and anywhere in the world for a charge of £14.99. Please note we are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

 

Delivery times depend on the types of goods ordered. We always aim to dispatch all goods in stock as quickly as possible.

If any order is subject to extra delivery charges due to circumstances outside of our control, we will contact you before the order is dispatched. You have the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to pay any additional delivery costs.

 

We will only send your order to your credit card or Paypal accounts registered address.

Returns & Refunds

Cancellation

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any items purchased (unless it is a tailor-made / customised product(s)), for a full refund. If you have not yet received your order, please contact orders@passport108.com as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched.

 

All order cancellations must be made in writing to us, either by letter or email quoting your order number within 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt). If your order has been already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our returns policy. The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.

 

In accordance with the distance selling regulations we will refund standard delivery charges if the whole order is returned but if only part of the order is returned we are not obliged to refund any of the delivery charge.

 

You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

Stock Availability

We always try and ensure that all stock is available when ordered. However sometimes we run out of stocks faster than we expect. To avoid disappointment we advise you to order as soon as possible. At the time of dispatch, if an item(s) is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email.

 

In the event of incorrect contact details being provided or receiving no response from you, Passport Menswear reserve the right to cancel the 'out of stock' items from your order and dispatch the remaining items.
